Job Responsibilities:

–Collaborate seamlessly with the designers, architects, consultants, contractors, fabricators, artisans, and developers across multiple projects

–Study interior elements in 2d and 3d. Create architectural sketches, high-quality 3d renderings, floor plans & elevations

–Generate detailed Design Development and Construction documentation in coordination with our interior specifications for buildout

–Support the design process with comprehensive material sourcing, custom furniture design, visual research, and help create presentations to communicate design intent

Skills & Experience:

–Minimum of 3 years’ experience in interior design or architecture

–Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture

–Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Vray, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite - additional Revit experience is a plus.

–Must be a US resident and located in Los Angeles

–Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as maintain a professional demeanor

–Must be extremely well organized and resourceful

Salary Range:

–$65k - $75k based on experience
