Studio Coordinator

The Studio Coordinator position is a dual-role functioning as support to the Chief Financial Officer and Studio Manager.  This position is responsible for assisting the Studio Manager with maintaining the functionality of the studio as a whole which includes answering the phone, greeting clients, setting up lunches, ordering supplies, order processing, shipping, etc...; managing the expectations of the Partners and the daily requests of staff; assisting the CFO with preparing Accounts Payable, invoices, purchase orders, processing checks and ensure filling and invoice monitoring systems are up to date.  Candidate must be able to package fragile items for shipping, climb a ladder and change lightbulbs.
